I love this place! Iāve been to a lot of gyms that focus on functional fitness. But Rob is focused on the functionality of fitness AND keeping you from getting hurt. He is all about technique first moving weight second. Heās Very good with nutrition and weight loss. But let me be clear, weight as in fat loss! Not just a number on the scale. It is possible following the nutritional steps along with excercise to stay strong and lose fat. Iām down to 255 from 276. Iām still strong and I have a lot more endurance. The man Rob At transcend fitness has been a blessing. If you wanna go to planet fitness where they have pizza and donuts on the front desk when you walk in, Go Ahead.
