Nobody plays the foot golf since the first couple weeks it was opened; I'm not sure why Google has labeled it that. Plumb Creek is a HUGE dog park and a small beginners level Disc Golf course. The maintenance of the dg course has improved a bit, after some reconstruction to the park. Definitely worth a visit! And the best course in Knoxville for teaching young children how to...
