We cannot recommend Robert A. Bulloch Construction enough! They are at the tail end of building a cabin for us in Brian Head (it’s been a long and difficult build due to location), and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Derek is everything you could hope for in a builder—extremely knowledgeable, responsive, experienced and transparent. He has a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for his craft, which is evident in every step of the process.

All of Bulloch’s subcontractors are equally outstanding. Their professionalism and quality of work have truly exceeded our expectations. Every interaction we’ve had throughout the project has been positive, and if any concern arises, it’s addressed immediately and resolved.

Having worked with contractors in the past for a major remodel (a nightmare experience), we were hesitant going into this project. Our past experience started with optimism and trust but ended in frustration and disappointment. We mentally prepared for the same with this project but it's been the complete opposite—we couldn’t be happier.

People often say building a home is stressful, but with Bulloch, we would do it 10 times over. We feel like we’ve been treated like family since day 1 and never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. Anytime you build a home there will be unexpected issues, problems, additional costs and hard decisions to be made. But honestly, 90% of this process has been fun, exciting, and worry-free. Derek is a living example of integrity. He’s honest, trustworthy and works tirelessly for his clients.

We are currently finishing a build using Bulloch Construction. Due to location, it has been a long process but Derek has stayed with us all the way as if each step was the first in how he conducts himself, responds promptly and thoroughly to our questions, and has been excellent in guiding us when we needed to reconsider a few things. The quality of this build has been evident from the ground up, literally. From the engineers, excavation and foundation crew, framing crew, cabinets, flooring, railings, stonework, plumbing, electrical, etc. each and every subcontractor has been absolutely top notch.
