So we bought 1/2 a cow earlier this year, they were the cheapest place around price wise(not by much but still)..... this is the most disappointing over 2k waste of money. The steaks are literally almost all fat and bone...even the roasts were the toughest most disappointing waste of meat. I have honestly gotten better cuts of meat at Walmart(and that's sad). The only good thing is that the ground beef was decent and same with the breakfast sausage. I wouldn't even recommend the bacon either..... we were supposed to get thick cut and they were the thinnest pieces I have ever had. I would recommend anyone to try someone else rather than go here...

Bacon was super fatty, almost every ground sausage was miss labeled, so no idea if it was actually hot or mild until thawed and ready to use. I had specifically requested the lard but was never given it. I don't know where the meat was sourced from but was not happy...
