I recently bought a 2015 jaguar and even though I am relatively knowledgeable when it comes to cars, I for whatever reason didn't notice the car needed a headlight ,was leaking antifreeze and oil, boy I sure felt taken advantage of, but now I had already purchased the car, not to mention that Jaguar wasn't going to be interested in repairs on their prior combustible engine cars as they are switching to all electric. I was in quite a conundrum. Now I would have to trust a local shop to work on such a high-tech vehicle. I would have had no problem doing the standard hoses and gaskets myself but now these days you need to know what you're doing to calibrate and properly diagnose and program the cars computers. I cannot emphasize my nervousness and stress thinking my new car would never be right again if it got into the wrong mechanics hands. I prayed. I also prayed for their success fixing my new ride. Neil and Bambi surprised me in a big way when they quickly responded back with an extraordinary overview of all of the cars wear and tear and maintenance issues it would require to bring it to top running condition without it pouring antifreeze and oil all over my carport. The estimate I felt was warranted, so I asked them to proceed with the repairs. They worked quickly and within a week had completed all the work. Considering the amount of work I had them do I was very impressed with how fast they got it all done. I mean that's fast. Well, I took it home and within a day or two there was another leak of antifreeze. I have to say I was a bit let down, but here's the deal, it wasn't their work , but simply a faulty thermostat. Neil himself, came all the way out to my house the next day with his truck and flatbed and retrieved the vehicle, repaired it the next day and now, that's saying something. I live over an hour and a half away. I cannot emphasize how happy I am, and worrying the whole time, well let me put your minds at ease. Neil and Bambi, and crew are determined to a high level of ethics and quality Craftsmanship. I can only hope they are around for a long time so I can have them service all my vehicles on the distant future! Sincerely...
Read moreVERY OVER PRICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND UNDER STAFFED. You can get quicker services and affordable prices somewhere else. When I had left my truck they made it seem like it was going to be very hard to repair and Bambi said I should consider selling it, if I could even sell it at this point. It took 3 weeks for them to communicate with me about what was going on with my truck. After I left, I called 3 times and couldn’t get a response. When Neil picked up he said he couldn’t get into Bambi’s computer and that she would call me that day. Never received a call. I finally received an email saying the repair cost was gonna be over $8000 and they were gonna try to find used parts for me. I waited another week, no communication. I gave up and decided to sell my truck like they had recommended. The day I try to sell my truck, Bambi finally called me because I had so many buyers line up at their shop. This gave me doubt that maybe nothing serious was really wrong with my truck. Again when I talked to Bambi in person she made it felt like the truck was gonna be totaled out, not able to be repaired. so I sold it like that. When Bambi found out I decided to sell it, THEY OFFER TO BUY IT FROM ME. LIKE REALLY. very scammer like. And then they texted me it could of be only $2500 to fix it? What!? What is it 8K or $2500? … I felt like Bambi and Neil were very salty that they missed out on a deal from my truck and they loss a potential big sale because I decided not to get it repaired by them. Honestly I would of sell it to them, if someone just did their job and gave me a...
Read moreFrom the moment I stopped in to ask if they did ATV repairs and maintenance they were as friendly and professional as could be. They did the inspection on my 4 wheeler and then sent me the diagnosis of what needed done (Starter solenoid failed, battery tests bad, carburetor has old gummed up fuel present and requires a replacement, air filter is missing, oil is dirty so recommend oil and filter, fuel line replacement). I selected what I wanted done and they got right to work. They had an issue with the delivery of a part but got it sorted out with the shipper in a timely manner. They also installed an aftermarket taillight I bought. They tested my 4 wheeler to make sure it was running smooth and the way it should. They even followed up with me on how it is going with the 4 wheeler and if everything was still running fine. To sum it all up for you, they are professional, courteous, timely and Veteran friendly! I love to support local businesses and will continue to have any work on my ATV’s done at this shop! I Highly recommend...
