My fiancé and I walked into Mauzie's looking to repair my preexisting engagement ring as the side stones kept falling out. As a younger couple, sometimes we felt we did not belong in other jewelry stores. At Mauzie's we immediately felt welcomed! Kennedy was absolutely amazing and we loved talking to her in general. Mauzie is also incredible and through using her surplus of jewelry knowledge helped us decide how to fix my current engagement ring. We ended up remaking my engagement ring and also custom made a matching wedding band. The design we chose was incredibly intricate but Mauzie was more than happy to give us exactly what we wanted. She gladly helped us adjust the design multiple times and both rings turned out stunning! My fiancé and I are not normally the type of people to immediately jump into such a huge custom project, but we knew Mauzie's was the way to go, and have absolutely no regrets. My fiance and I spent about an hour trying on rings and he picked what he wanted. We Ordered a ring, drove 2.5 hours when they said it was ready. When we arrived it was the wrong ring, color, finish and size. Completely wrong which I understand mistakes happen, however they tried to convince us to look at other options because they now couldn’t make what we had ordered and already paid 1+K for. Really disappointed in the rudeness of the owner when I asked for a refund when they said they couldn’t make what we originally ordered. considering we had heard good things about this place, I Would not recommend.
