To start, I had a very positive experience with Zac, he handled everything I needed in a timely and professional manner and worked with me the best he could. However, any interaction I had with any other employee was terrible. When the roofers showed up at 7am, there was no notice that they would be there. Once I got to work at almost 8am, I received a call saying that the roofers had made a mistake, had shown up to the wrong house, but had already begun tearing off my roof. At that point they asked if they should continue, which of course I said yes. Materials were left in my front yard and when I got home I called the company (we have an HOA, so materials being in the yard isn't allowed) and received no call back so we had to move them to the back yard ourselves. About a week later I received a call from the quality inspector saying that he would be by that day to inspect the roof and that he would pick up the materials. Someone was home all day, and no one had been on the roof, nor were the materials picked up. At some point in the next week the materials went missing, but we don't believe anyone ever inspected the roof as multiple people were home with COVID at all times and no one heard anyone on the roof. Yesterday, I received a call asking how everything went, which was a very scattered conversation. When I told him about the problem we had with the roof being done unexpectedly, he brushed over the problem and started talking about other issues with the weather. He rounded back to say how that "could have been a very costly mistake." He tried to sell us an additional warranty. Then after finagling with his cat and muttering about other things that had nothing to do with my roof, he told me to leave a Google review. So here we are. We've had so many roofers stop by home or call me about my roof needing to be replaced. Not all were too nice to deal with, but the customer setvser rep I spoke to from Blue Angels Roofing, were very courteous and respectful and most importantly, respectful to my time and not pushy at all. The contractors were honest to work with from beginning to the end. When I have had questions, they responded to my calls almost immediately and took their time to make sure I was comfortable with each step from the quote to the finished roof. They ensured the job was done not only to my satisfaction, but both to the quality that Blue Angels Roofing demands.
