Worst Experience in Tennessee.

I stopped at this establishment and purchased gas. I attempted to use the restroom but a sign directed me to porta potties. I went to the location and they were locked. There was an overwhelming smell of human waste as well as human waste coming from the porta potties. I went inside and asked to use the restroom and a very unpleasant older lady told me I couldn't use theirs. I explained that I was refueling and on a long trip. She told me she didn't care that I couldn't use their facilities because they didn't have any. I told her I would not have purchased fuel here if I knew I was going to be treated this way. She told me she didn't care if I purchased fuel or not. I hope the owner is made aware of this and takes the appropriate action. I have filed complaints with the Tennessee Department of Health as well as OSHA. This is highly unacceptable that a public facility have no sanitary services or tempered water. We just pulled in to the parking lot of this gas station to take cover as a possible tornado had been spotted just a few miles down the interstate. The crabby old woman kicked us out and wouldn’t let us take shelter. She said she had orders from her boss to lock the doors, close the store, and go home. I respect that but she also couldn’t drive in this weather, which out group pointed out. I asked her to have consideration for human life because I don’t want to take my family back out and I knew by watching the radar, that it would pass soon and we would be able to continue down the interstate. But, she kicked us out. As we sat in our vehicles in the storm outside in the parking lot, I saw at least three other groups go in, make purchases, and leave. We definitely could have ridden the storm out inside. We even told her that we would gladly purchase something. I cannot imagine not having any...
