Convenient, close, good prices. Most stores are under staffed. They are stocking shelves during regular business hours. Stores are compact and the practice of leaving inventory carts in the aisles is annoying. At least you can find someone to help find things. Employees seem forlorn. Usually have a good experience, until yesterday when I drove 15 minutes into town to buy a cell phone and they could not find the keys to even unlock the case to get the phone out...So I drove to the one in Bellaire and proceeded to get an attitude from an employee over there as soon as I asked him for a phone...
