C & C Thunder Custom Cycles — Local services in Central Pacolet

I purchased a beautiful bike from the great folks over at C&C back in February and haven't had the opportunity to ride like I want. When I was able to ride I noticed one evening that the brakes had locked down in the rear and I couldn't move at all. I tinkered with it and got it to moving again and the next thing I knew I had no brakes at all in the rear. Today I decided to baby it over to C&C to get a professional opinion of what I may could do to fix the issue myself and let me tell you this...those guys immediately jumped on my bike and took it around back to check it out and the next thing I know these guys rebuilt the master cylinder and installed it with new fluids and a thorough inspection over the rest bike to be safe. Would not let me pay them either because he said I bought the bike right there and there was no way they could leave it like that. So...to say these guys are the BEST is an understatement. Love the guy who answers the phone, I had a few issues after they worked on my bike, Dyno Joe reached out on my original review. he apologized for the error and offered to correct the mistake. I did have it towed to Harley dealer in Spartanburg to correct the mistake at his cost if they were responsible which is very kind and may take him up on the offer since he reached out on his own instead of getting mad at me.

Owner contact me back and apologized for the error. he stated that if I had brought it back to them, they would have corrected the error on them. I very much apprentice them reaching out and offering that. The owner also stated that if I game them another shot, that he would offer it at his cost and free install. Been to here several times throughout the years and have always had the same experience. My last visit was the other day and as soon as you walk in you are greeted like you have been a lifelong customer. They are knowledgeable and have a well stocked inventory. I have been lucky enough that each time I needed something, they had it right there. I haven't had the opportunity to utilize their repair side since I do most of my own wrenching, but the folks that I have sent there are very happy customers!
