I have had my storage unit for 2 years and had no problems up until about a year ago when there was a pest problem. I told the owner at the time who basically stated that since it was an outside storage problem, there was nothing he can do and basically suggested that I buy traps (which I did). The previous owner did not reimburse me, apologize, or even try to rectify the problem. Fast forward a year, season changed and there was again a pest problem. I posted a review, to which current owner Brent contacted me the same day and heard my dilemma. He provided a remedy to the problem as well as gave discount on my storage for a month.
