Raintree Property Owners Association — Local services in Central Township

Grew up in raintree and bought a home in September for my family, and POA has been trash forever. Ladies in there have zero urgency. Be ready to wait all day for them. Was just in there and already a line at 9am because one lady was on the phone (okay) but the second one is in the back doing lord knows what. I’m surprised the first woman was even on the phone so long because when I try to call they NEVER answer. Terrible customer service. I wish the POA wasn’t tied to Raintree because the neighbors and neighborhood are amazing. Very lovely community, and the houses on the property are beautiful, they have about 4 lakes with houses lining all around, overall its a nice community to live in just be warned that it is gated and you can only get in with a card or access code, also the roads are a bit small so if there are deliveries and a truck or van is parked on the road it will be a tight squeeze when you...

The poa office is run by a bunch of extremely rude women on a power trip. They lose paperwork and information constantly. Can barely do their jobs, and most of the time give incorrect or even illegal information. When informed what they are saying is incorrect or illegal, they brush it off and continue down the path gambling on the fact you don't have the time to waste...
