Our dogs, Deji (a lovable pit bull with a big heart) and Leche (our tiny, social chihuahua), have stayed with Puppaws many times and they absolutely love it every time!

One of the things we really value is how dependable and professional they are. Britain always picks them up and drops them off right on time, which is incredibly convenient for us. Deji and Leche are always excited to see her, which says a lot.

Deji needed some structure early on, and Britain has been amazing with him — not only providing care but also offering super helpful training tips that have really made a difference. Leche, who thrives on being around other dogs, always gets the social time and attention he needs.

We get regular updates, adorable photos, and peace of mind knowing our pups are in great hands. Their personalities are totally different, but the staff at Puppaws handles them both with so much care and understanding.

I’m an anxious dog mom with a pup who can be quite the handful, so finding the right sitter was incredibly important to me. I booked an overnight one night stay with Pup Paws before a big upcoming trip, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. She asked thoughtful questions at drop-off, truly listened to my concerns, and made me feel at ease.

Throughout the stay, she sent regular photo updates, which helped calm my nerves, and at pick-up, she provided a full report on how everything went. The biggest surprise? My dog—who usually doesn’t warm up to anyone—was content in her arms and didn’t immediately jump back to me. That spoke volumes.

I’m a first time dog mom so I was super nervous about my dog’s overnight stay. The owner was very responsive and also gave me training homework as well as tips on products and other things I needed. I received pics and progress reports throughout the stay but also watched videos via IG which I loved.
