Let me start off that the lady name Bridgette will burn you. She will lie to you and take your money. I paid for three security guards and I only had two, she owes me for one security guard and refuses to pay me the money which is $203. My linen for my wedding was dirty and stained and she went to her house to go wash it and bring them back. The day before as I was setting up, she was getting upset on how I wanted to decorate my wedding. The day before my wedding we were setting up for almost 12 hours linen wasn’t there everything that we ordered from her didn’t come in till mid afternoon. Come towards the evening I had a few tables that needed to be set up, which was the gift table the sign and table the cake table and the head table for the wedding party. I came in the morning at 8 AM and none of it was done. I had to decorate myself before I had to get ready on my own wedding day. The day of my wedding she act like a hostess that we didn’t even invite. My guests we’re upset and complaining and asking who is she and why is she here??? Bridgette was serving and she touched our salads with her bare hands didn’t even use gloves luckily one of my guest saw her. My husband and I paid $1000 deposit. She said we would get it in 30 days. I kept contacting her, and she tells me that it was sent back, but she has money in her safe and she will give the $1000 and we can go pick it up. All of a sudden she has money, and we waited for a month. She still owes us for the security guard, and the linen that was dirty, and she would reimburse us on that. Bridgitte does not want to pay for what she owes us. Bridgette is very unprofessional, a con artist, lying witch!!! Karma...

Our wedding at Toulumne River Lodge was absolutely perfect! Bridgette and Stephanie made getting married an amazing experience. The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless. The venue itself is wonderful. The spacious reception hall was perfect for our large group and we love the rustic bar area. The beautiful trees all around the property and greenery in the garden area made for such a lovely setting. The bridal room was a luxurious perk which made getting ready easy and stress free. The staff worked with us every step of the way, offering guidance, flexibility, and support — they truly made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Every detail looked gorgeous and the food was phenomenal, our guests are still raving about it! We felt so well taken care of, and it truly made our wedding day unforgettable. Absolutely horrible! The lady (owner) hovers over the venue repeatedly! Not only that but she invited her own guests to the wedding. She kept demanding people to follow her orders, turned off her ac unit, she also charges you for costs that you wouldn’t even think you would be charged. She will not mention the charges until after, so there will be extra costs to your bill for things you’ve never asked for. The lady acts like she’s the host of the party and is absolutely infuriating! Do not book her venue! She booked an event the next day knowing that there was a wedding booked, it was barley 11 and she started shutting the wedding down, turning off the music, telling people to leave, absolutely agitating.
