Sparkle Market — Local services in Champion Township

I'm feel bad about having to make this post. But, I feel like it may only help to better the stores issues that I've been experiencing. Talking to other friends and family in the area that also have been experiencing the same type quality issues. So here it is...I'm typically a local shop kind of buyer/supporter. But, for awhile now champion sparkle has been very poor with their products. If I buy meat, it's spoiled within a day or so. If I buy cheese days before the "sell by" it's bad day of. It's been going on for awhile. The milk on the shelves is usually very close to the expiration date. So if you buy it, it needs used pretty much in the week. This has been the issue for us for awhile now. Well, sorry but it's reached the point where I'm not going to support this store anymore. It's starting to cost me money in waste. This is my latest purchase of cheese I bought a couple days ago. It has today's sell buy date but it was molded yesterday. This is just the latest example that I've actually recorded. It's not the first by far. Sorry champion sparkle but you're wasting my hard earned money by selling me food that I trust you have put out for us that isn't old. Called to complain about a roast I purchased that appeared to have no fat I opened it and there was a inch of fat on bottom they never trimmed and made sure customer wouldn't know until they went to use it. The nice customer service lady transferred me to the meat department the guy said I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU he said the roast come in and they put it in tray fat side down. I love shopping here, and they have a pretty decent selection of items. This store is more expensive, however, but I prefer to go here to be close to home and not to shop in a Mega store like Walmart. I'd much rather support of small local place like this. I really love the place, as I said, my only complaint would be the prices are high, especially for certain items. I typically go to Dollar General across the street for everything I can get, and whatever I can't get there, I get it...
