Veterans Oasis Lake — Local services in Chandler

So pretty. Love this lake. It's so huge and I think (too bad I didn't check the time), that it takes about 15 minutes to walk around the lake. The lake water was so clean that by the shore, I could even see to the bottom; very clear waters. It was peaceful and not crowed with ducks. I only counted about 5 as I was walking around... There were shaded picnic tables and benches to sit on (some benches were unshaded but were partly secluded by the shrubbery, and offered great views of the lake as they were placed closer to the lake). This has been a really great lake. Typically everyone that is around is super friendly and kind. Always a good time to go relax, walk and fish. I fish here and usually will catch the catfish. Good bite with a little fight. I release them as long as they are not injured. Fun place to be. Great lights for the later walks when it is a little dark.
