Golf Zone — Local services in Chanhassen

Much to our surprise, Big Bear had a lot to offer. For a family with teenagers and adult children. The entire indoor space is themed around Minnesota woods and is well landscaped with faux pine trees, rocks, and rivers. We also happened to play Big Bear on New Year’s Day and it was decorated nicely for the holidays

The theme is subtle, but as you play the course and read the titles of each hole (Northern Lights, Bear Paw, Walleye, Snail, etc.), everything starts to come together. What really sets this course apart from many that we’ve played are some of the clever hole designs. For example, the shape of Bear Paw looked just like a bear paw,

Big Bear is definitely worth the long trip out to the deep burbs and I especially recommend it to anyone with kids. We made the 44 minutes one way drive...

Mini golf here was great.

Came with the wife and a couple in laws and we all had a blast.

The holes aren't very long but they lose a challenge for all skill levels! They've got some fun challenges on a couple holes that give the option to score a 0!

We all really enjoyed the course and the atmosphere here. Plus they've got a decent beer selection that you can take with you on the mini golf course.

We didn't hit the driving range, however a couple folks mentioned it was really cold out there. (granted it's MN in the middle of December) but maybe they could have turned the heaters up out there. Who knows, but it looked fun regardless.

A nice play. However, when it comes to managing timing on the stalls they just can’t get it right. This place charges by the minute. This was the second time I’ve been here and the second time they had troubles with keeping track of how long I used a stall. This time I was there for no more than 45 minutes and the lady behind the counter said I have you for 2 hours and 17 minutes. I said that’s not right and she asked me to provide the time I arrived. I couldn’t remember when exact time I got there and I just had to guess and was then overcharged because I did not have the timing right. She said that this happens a lot where they get times messed up. For a place charging by the minute I would think the system would be...
