They worked on our 2013 Ford Explorer. The Cv axel had broke, and they replaced both axels, the serpentine belt, both front brakes and rotors. When we got the car back, the cover underneath the car was not put back properly because the bolts holding it on were broken, and the cover came off while going down the road. The mechanic came out to where the vehicle was stopped, and told us we would need to replace the bolts for the cover to go back on. At that point, the mechanic informed us that we had an oil leak that he was not paid to fix. The front driver's side brake squeaked when the brakes were applied. In less than a month, we lost the serpentine belt again because when the axle broke, it damaged the harmonic balancer. It also hit the timing belt cover and put a hole in it so that is where we were leaking oil. On top of what we paid him to fix our car, we have had it back in a shop twice to complete the work he didn't do or tell us about. I am currently sitting at a different shop to replace the front driver's brake because when the bake pad was installed, the clip got bent and was rubbing on the rotor. This caused the brake pad to separate...

Read moreLifesavers On July 8, 2025 I was driving from Colorado to Texas with my 6 year old daughter. My check engine light came on, then my red low oil pressure light came on. I immediately pulled into The Wild Coyote. Cory and Carol helped me to get back on the road. It took about 4 1/2 hours and he had to drive 30 miles to get the oil filter I needed. They put cartoons on for my daughter and Carol offered her water & twinkies while we waited. They got us back on the road, and even documented the damage with photos and oil samples. My engine needs to be repaired/replaced due to the damage, but Cory made sure I had all the info I needed to pursue a claim. They kept us safe and sent us on our way with a more than reasonable fee. I am so grateful for them. Thank you...
