Stay away from this place ! My daughter went there yesterday afternoon 7/23/24. The instructor welcomed everyone there with open arms. “ hello how are you” my daughter was ignored by the instructor and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. We brought this to the instructors attention then she wanted to act like she cared asking my daughter if she was coming. At this point my daughter does not feel like going in. Did not expect my 6 year old daughter to be discriminated against by a grown adult. She continued to ignore my daughter basically like if you don’t wanna come in that’s your problem. My daughter has done many different activities and the teachers always try to get my child or even other children that are shy to still come in. This teacher did not care whatsoever. So my daughter decided she didn’t want to stay. We later called to try to talk to a manager about what was going on and we get Jessica on the phone. Jessica was the rudest most unpleasant and unprofessional manager I have ever spoke to. The issue was brought to her attention and her response was “how would you of liked us to treat her” if you have to ask this question as a business that’s works with children maybe you should not be in business. Our response was “we wanted her to be treated equally just like everyone else”. She’s a 6 year old child and for a grown adult to be acting that way is unacceptable. We pay just like everyone else does and my daughter should not be treated any different. The response that came from Jessica’s mouth next was a little mind blowing to say the least. “Do you just want to cancel the class”. So right at that point we decided it was best to go ahead and cancel the class. I’m not sure who the owner of the establishment is here but Jessica is the worst manager of all times. She’s very unprofessional and could benefit from a couple values classes. I will make sure my word gets heard. Will be posting to Facebook, yelp and anywhere else I can get...

Worst experience ever. My daughter has been enrolled here for about 4 months. Everything from the Owner, to the organization of the competitions, information shared about rules, schedules, changes of schedule, to the gym facilities, which is in a shady warehouse, is handled in an amateur, unprofessional and rude fashion. They only see you as a cash cow, not as a customer (and the membership is twice as expensive as the fanciest gym) and if you complain about anything, they have zero accountability or interest to resolve it. The gym has no limit of people there, they accept everyone, making the experience crowded and not personalized. And yet they don’t renovate the facilities nor upgrade their employees. For example, competitions time are scheduled with less than 24h of information. This is unacceptable. They make you drive your child 3h ahead to a far place which is chaotic from an organization standpoint, they put the teams waiting in hallways for to perform less than 2 mins with a team of about 30 people at a time. They don’t communicate that they don’t want parents in certain areas. There’s a woman, Coach Jessica, who treats athletes and parents in a bully and rude way. Both me and my daughter experienced this from her. She doesn’t ask, she yells at you, she undermines girls self-esteem and when you complain, the owner’s response is unprofessional and protective, instead of acknowledging that there’s a recurring issue with this person who works for him. I have never experienced such a poor behavior from a business like this. They post pictures of your kids on their social media without permission and block you from taking pictures of your own child. It’s so hot They yell l at you while spotting somebody else They yell at us for practicing balance and coordination on the barrel together There is no air conditioning I was yelled at for trying to walk on the mat that no one was currently tumbling on and not getting ready to tumble on. They open the big doors/windows for heat control but it doesn’t help they also have a lot of bugs everywhere I do not recommend coming here. And they yell at us for trying to help the other person get off a barrel that they were stuck on They said that “your not allowed to be helping the other person on the barrel we told you once and told you again if you do this again you can’t come back” we were just trying to help the other person get off the barrel cuz they were stuck.
