Stone Creek Golf Course — Local services in Chanute

This is a great little 9-hole golf course in SE Kansas, which I played in September 2024. It's well-maintained, challenging, and very flat. You can also play different tees to make playing 18 holes different for each nine. The only complaint I had was the pricing, which was $30 for 9 holes and $33 for 18 (weekend pricing, see photo). While $33 for 18 holes seemed reasonable, I thought the $3 difference between 9- and 18-hole pricing for both weekdays and weekends just didn't make a lot of sense. Restaurant has changed hands to Coburns or Colburns and it is MUCH IMPROVED. Good crowd there, reasonably quick, friendly bartender, homemade pies.
