Really enjoy the racing at Galesburg, been going with my father and uncle since I was 7 years old! (Both have passed, I’m 62 now) however I was there last night for the Freedom 100 7/04/2021 and I drive from Clinton Township Michigan (2.5 hours) I understand that the track personnel can’t control what happens on the track while cars are under full speed and last night was tough for them! Here’s my issue, you have a Super late model class with the feature being 100 laps! They run 27 laps and you go to a green, white, checkers. Based on time of day, what do the drivers think that have $40,000 to 100,000 tied up in their cars? On special event nights, why don’t you let the big dogs run their featured event before the berg stocks or the FWD cars? I and many others sitting around me were very disappointed with a 100 lap race being shortened to27 laps! Great fireworks display but need better management. If I pulled my SLM family and friends to the track, last night would be the last time you would ever see my car, I go...

Sometimes there is good races. However EVERY TIME THERES A BIG MONEY RACE WITH KYLE SANTORA HE WINS. Literally has finished last every race this year's except 2 and one his whole family went out to the middle of the tack before the race started, they somehow knew he was gonna win. This week they let his family down from the stands to take pictures. They let another car jump the start this week then declared him the winner. They ALWAYS cut the B and C races short when they should be trowing the checkered on the street stock or late models, because there's so many crashes. 90% of the time the races are fair, big money race nights are...
Read moreWe went for the Burg bash. Bus figure 8 racing. They tipped over 3 busses. Trailer races, monster cars and demo derby on pavement. Racing was ok . Grand stands need a lot of repairs and updated. We got in by 3.10 pm a lot of seats had tape saving them for people. We wanted good seats so we got there early and waited until races started. They need a American flag on a pole instead of on the back of a moving vehicle. You are supposed to stand still with your hand over your heart and your hat off. Watching a vehicle go around the track is not...
