I have few words to describe the bliss of going to this place, the atmosphere alone is comforting and blissful, and the supplies that they have only amplify this. I hadn't played at an FNM for 1.5~ years until two days ago and I’m still in disbelief that I was able to connect to the community in such a small amount of time.
Honestly this is now my new place to shop, due to the reasons above, as well as the abundance of local food options that they are perfectly fine with you bringing in. Also, to conclude this review I saw that one person was agitated about masking REQUESTS (making sure it’s clear that it’s the shops requests and not the states mandate), to speak on the shops behalf, if you don’t want to wear a mask, then I ask that you just stay home. This was a highly anticipated mtg set, so I'm not too surprised at the distributor issues. However they were very transparent about the potential issues, starting back at the end of May and then followed up stating they would be unable to fulfill my order about 5 days after that. The wording in that email was unclear so I emailed Joseph for clarification and he got back to me within 2 hours. He processed my refund and was very apologetic. The reason for the 5 stars comes because a day or so later he reached out to me via email stating they might have a deal worked out with another distributor and he would honor my original pre-order price if I wanted to place an order. Read moreUpdate: After a review, it appears the messages I sent to the email address listed on Shopify to Cobbco was sent but not received. At the same time, Cobbco sent a few emails out to clients that may be impacted by the allocation but it was never received in my inbox.
My initial review was based on the assumption there was no communication after August on a pre-order made in May and no follow-up to the messages I sent out. Appears it could have been a error in the Shopify platform.
