I love this space and these classes! I have been attending for almost three months now and have already seen amazing results. I love the amount of various classes 70Flow has throughout the week including pilates, weightlifting, cardio etc. I was able to receive at home workouts, different meal plan options, and of course the various classes! I was having a really difficult time being consistent on my own but through the consistency of these classes I am now a 5am girlie that works out 4x a week!

There's so many classes to choose from and several packages for you to decide what is right for you. Each trainer takes the time to intricately plan for the class, they're super kind, and no class is the same!
