It is a bowling alley, so in all fairness, we got what we went there for. Going on a Sunday, business was very slow so we were not crowded.
The tech was limited; they could use an equipment upgrade. Our lane locked up once, and the conveyor had some trouble with the kids' ball. Pricing was probably average; I don't bowl enough to know. A single game for two adults and two kids cost me just over $26 (with shoe rental).
The kids loved it. They are 6 and 7 yrs old. There were balls that they used without a problem, and there are programmable bumpers that raise for indicated players. Additionally, you can pick the animation theme for scoring.
Overall it was a good time for us, but we were there on a Sunday afternoon. I cannot suggest that my experience is a good one to go on because there is a lounge, and that suggests that the atmosphere could differ...

The man at the front desk was very rude and impatient, I waited 28 minutes for a glass of soda mind you there was hardly any one there. We ordered food and it took for ever to get it and we finally get it as were eating the server tells us that he is trying to keep the chef off the floor that he is sick and does not want people to catch his bug.
