Incredibly disappointed in my experience. I spent over $3500 on furniture at their season ending sale a few years ago. The furniture has been awesome, but the cushions on the couch have not been. Part of the reason we spent so much money on outdoor furniture was because we were assured it would last and the warranty would cover any fabric issues should we run into one. Well, the piping on the cushions has fully come apart on 4 of the 6 cushions, so I sent in a warranty claim. I was told to submit pictures and my original receipt (which I did) and they would have the manufacturer call me. 2 Months went by and no call from the manufacturer, no updates from Kasbys unless I chased them down, and after 2 months nothing had been done to even start my warranty claim. I am sent to Lee the manager, who tells me the fabric has been discontinued and they will replace the 4 cushion covers with a new fabric, but if I want all 6 I have to pay for the 2 additional covers to match. I can get a better warranty on cheap furniture from Wayfair with less hassle then getting a warranty for my expensive furniture. The manufacturer is still not involved and management seems to have to desire to do the right thing. If your furniture holds up, its a decent place to buy furniture, if its not, your better off with Wayfair as sad as...
Read moreThe Sales Representative that helped me today was exceptional. None of the product specific education she provided me with left me with a sense of being “sold” something. In fact, I found myself soaking up the information and becoming a more informed consumer.
Our goals for stopping in were to see the Polywood furniture in person. We had researched the product online and couldn’t quite pull the trigger. My intent was to look at the product and order online if I liked it. Instead, we decided to buy 4 plywood Chase lounges and cushions.
Personally, I would find it difficult to sell furniture. But the representatives at this place are clearly enjoying their job. The showroom is simple to navigate, yet something catches your attention at every turn.
Buying outdoor furniture is tough. You want fair pricing and lasting durability. They seem to carry high end products at a fair price, with exceptional customer service.
If you want to buy new outdoor furniture every year or two, go to Home Goods or a box store. That’s the mistake we have historically made. If you want to make a purchase that will last for years to come, go to Kasby’s. You won’t be disappointed. (I know that because we have other furniture from...
Read moreFirst let me say they have beautiful things in the store; everything from patio furniture to accessories. I checked reviews for the Kasby's before doing business with them and my husband and I most definitely did not have the same "great" experience as other people. We ordered our patio furniture and large umbrella at the end of March. We were told 6 weeks for delivery. That 6 weeks turned into 8 - almost 9 weeks. Once the furniture arrived, the table had one damaged leg. Thankfully we were able to remedy that quickly. However, the umbrella was the wrong color - one that would not match our furniture at all. We were told we would have to wait AGAIN for them to reorder it in the correct color but assured us it would be in by the fourth of July. When I called on the 5th of July to inquire about our order, I was told at least another week. Having beautiful product in the store is one thing but it doesn't do a customer any good if they can't get the order straight nor deliver it in a timely fashion. Based on my experience with Kasby’s, you must be comfortable waiting 3 months or longer for your order to be fulfilled and fulfilled correctly; I’m not OK with...
