The food was good. We ordered twice from them. The first order they gave a small piece of salmon (we paid around $33 after tax). The second order was much cheaper, larger pieces but with lots of black pepper added to the food.... However I'm giving 4 stars because when we arrived the second day to pick up our food there was no one available to answer the door.. We walked around the entire building ringing bells (the attached preschool building, their were adults around but they wouldn't open the door for us as they kept telling us to go to another entrance (but no body answered the main entrance, or any other entrance!).. We frantically called anyone we could and rang all the bells of all the buildings, finally after 10 minutes a sweet friendly lady who was walking out the building agreed to assist us and had us meet her at another entrance (by the pick up of the kitchen). I'm disappointed cuz in each order we gave our cell numbers, they could have called either my husband or myself to tell us in advance where we could meet someone to pick up the food..... There was no communication on their end... They could have avoided all this running around and us being frantic had they just communicated with us.... Maybe it was our...
Read moreI cannot go a week without ordering from Kosher Charlotte. First of all, the food is Kosher! Secondly, its Israeli 🇮🇱 style foods made with fresh ingredients and seasoned well. My favorite dishes are the Chicken Shwarma over rice and the herb salmon over rice. Israeli pickles, onions, and hummus. And, I cannot forget about the shug. Shug is the green stuff thats 🔥 and spicy. When ordering from Doordash, the bag is sealed tight with the Rabbi's seal on it, so you know it's official like a referree with a whistle. On the downside, Google has the listed to be open on Friday but they do not open on Friday as Friday is Shabbos. They open late and close early so you must order before sun down on week days. There is only one Kosher Charlotte. It would be awesome if they opened another one here in Ballantyne. In conclusion, this Kosher restaurant is a 5 out of 5 with no competition to compare against. Since you dont have another choice you...
Read moreReally impressed. The food was super fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Prices are way better than you'd expect — honestly, much cheaper than anywhere else, especially considering it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere (in a good way).
I got the spicy chicken sandwich — the bun was fresh and soft, and the chicken inside was crispy, juicy, and delicious. It also came with a massive pile of fries that were hot, crispy, and fresh.
For the price and quality, it’s a total win. Definitely...
