I feel the same as other reviews - where do I begin!!?? Ryal is a total delight to work with and I cannot imagine feeling more confident in trusting my cherished pieces to him or happier with the work he completed. I interviewed a few well known furniture refinishers in town to understand their process, timeline, cost, recommendation for the items, etc. and hands down Ryal knocked it out of the park on all fronts. His pricing was the same but overall I just knew he was the one. My first phonecall was met with enthusiasm and warmth, he came to the house to see the pieces and gave me a quote on the spot and his turn around time was impressive. I only had two pieces to have done but now wish I had more nice furniture just so I could work with him more. I definitely plan to be on the lookout for solid wood pieces around town that he can refinish instead of looking for the perfect finished piece now that I know what he can do and just so I can chat with him again. I moved into my home 14 yrs ago and purchased some really nice, timeless pieces from Ryal's Furniture. I still have them and they look as good as the day I purchased them. I just recently had him refinish a mirror and a night stand I had spilled finger nail polish on and those pieces came back to me looking like new!
