StereoTypes not only provides great design and installation, but they also provide great customer service. When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly “scheduling a tech for repair”. Great...

We recently had Sterotypes install a Storm Shell TV enclosure and mount a TV on the wall in our enclosed porch. They did an excellent job with the entire installation including integrating the TV audio into our home automation system (which they previously installed). I didn't buy a system here, but after being told by Advance to go to Crutchfield, and having Crutchfield take two minutes to even notice me and say "you okay"? Like I'm there begging or something, I went to Stereo types who said they didn't have the part but helped me by printing out what I needed to order. Top notch service! Would buy more...
