I had such a great experience thanks to Elizabeth at Marks Furniture Direct. I was honestly feeling pretty stressed beforehand since it was my first time shopping for furniture, and I didn’t know what to expect. But as soon as we walked into the store, it felt welcoming and not overwhelming at all. Elizabeth was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. Being bilingual, she made the whole process feel smooth and inclusive, which was especially helpful because I went with my dad who only speaks Spanish, while I speak both. She communicated so naturally with both of us, and her friendly attitude and patience really stood out. She made the whole experience enjoyable and way less stressful than I thought it would be. I have been to several area furniture stores in the past month and have had a variety of experiences and disappointments. I finally walked into Mark’s yesterday (for the first time ever) and was very surprised to find a good selection of quality furniture at prices less than I expected. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I was looking for furniture that didn’t seem rickety and flimsy and was starting to think that all furniture quality has just fell by the wayside. I found exactly what I was looking for, it was in stock, it was $400 cheaper than what I was considering settling for at the bigger named store, and they even got it out to me same day! I'm only putting a one star because I have to in order to rate it but my personal opinion is it does not deserve one star! I bought a chair from them and it had issues. So i called them and they came and got it . it was from Ashley furniture and it has been two months and we called again today and they said it would be Monday when they call the Ashley store again and then if they do have the part it will take another 7-10 days#!!
