I watched a video of peace officer Kelvin Gilley intimidating, harassing and threatening a citizen for simply exercising his 1st amendment right to free press on a public sidewalk. His unprofessional behavior and violation of police policy by not identifying himself to a member of We The People, along with intimidation, harassment and threatening to take someone's freedom away was appalling to watch. The chief and management of this police department need to seriously consider the image he represents and the impression he gives the entire department.
