ToledoTel — Local services in Chehalis

This is an ok internet provider until there is an afterhours outage. You basically just talk to some outsourced folks who tell you someone will be in touch on the next business day. The guy I spoke to was so unaffiliated with the company he couldn't even tell me if the minimum 36 hour outages but probably 48 or longer will be pro rated.

I feel like Toledo tel if a fair weather provider. They are fine until there is a weather event and then good luck.

My house relies on internet for our jobs and now we are in limbo.

If you need Internet from a company with a commitment to uptime look elsewhere for a provider. Toledo tel is keeping the bar very low

In some of the other reviews Toledo responds and they say they have on call techs for emergencies but will only schedule appointments 8 to 5 Monday - Friday.

So basically their responder is lying. If your service goes down on the weekend and needs a tech to come out toledotel won't do crap!! Thus ensuring that weekend outage goes on into the week!

Haven't had the service for a month, and already, we are having major issues. I am a full-time online student, and I rely heavily on my internet service working, especially on the weekends. Our service has been cutting out for hours a day, every day since we bought this house. Each time we call, the temporary fix is to unplug and plug back in the modem. On this particular Sunday, our service cut out, restarting the router is not cutting it. Allegedly, their service technicians don't work on the weekends. Sounds like yall need to hire harder working people because working on weekends is a necessity in this industry, even if it's just on-call. This service has absolutely not been worth a damn dime spent considering the fact that I can't do my damn schoolwork for more than an hour at a time, and I have to wait an unnecessary 24 hours to get in contact with someone who may or may not know what...

I really like their customer service. Our service has gone out a few times, and each time we had someone here the same day. Once on a Saturday! They are a bit spendy, compared to larger providers (thus, the reason I didn't give them 5 stars) but, I pay for (up to)10mbps and I get that and then some. I hope in the future they can offer bundle packages, like the larger companies, and will lower their prices. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.
