Was at the ridge motor sport racetrack in Shelton and they were extremely unorganized. I ordered a hand dipped corn dog and garlic fries for $22. The garlic fries were dumped from the grease straight into the bowl without draining leaving the fries sitting in a bowl of grease. I was never told where to wait for the corn dog and finally had to ask after a while. When I finally went to the table for the dog, they came over and put some other people before me who supposedly been waiting even longer then me. No apologies just the adults sitting there watching told me " yours is coming, it takes time." Then when I went and showed them the bowl of grease with fries and asked where to throw it away, there was no apologies or offer to replace, just a point to the garbage. As i walked away, kids who were hanging out there that appeared to possibly be friends of the employees though it was ok to flip me off and call me names. I noticed they drained fries for people after me alot better, but Just an apology alone would have...

Worst service and food quality ever!!! 😒 The owner replied to my wifes review by saying she could tell my wife was going to be trouble when she walked up... judging somebody by looks alone makes you not nice person. The garlic fries were swimming in oil. They looked more like soggy noodles than fries. I have never been turned off by fries until tonight. I'll give them a clue. If your fries come out oil soaked your oil temp is too low. Possibly trying to cook to many fries too fast at a busy venue with a low capacity fryer? upgrade your equipment. This is all good advice but I don't expect them to take it after reading their other reviews. Whenever someone has a complaint about quality 🤔 they blame the customer instead of taking responsibility. They can make all the excuses they want but those fries were YUK. They went staight into the trash can. 12 bucks down the drain. Save you gut and your cash. Thank goodness I chose the Cuban truck. Their food was awesome...

Super late review, I believe this was from 2022

So if you like sausage, and who doesn’t, try Uncle Jim’s. I came across this place at the Lewis County Spring Youth Fair and was blown away as soon as I bit into my garlic sausage on a stick. If you are a connoisseur of garlic and/or onion rings, you will not be disappointed. I live a couple of hours away from here and I will look for any excuse to come back.

Disclaimer it looks like outside of the Fair, Uncle Jim’s seems to only process meat for you, cater and sell gift boxes.
