Constant bad experiences and lack of professionalism has left us to no longer be customers. Like many others, we shopped due to a lack of available local options and tolerated behavior we should not have and no longer will. We have always heard about the owner Ritas lack of respect and courtesy and they have been proven true. The store was nothing but English tack. Nothing western related at all. Over priced stuf. The owner was very disrespectful. She used vulgar language, talking on the phone with someone, and didn't even close the door. Whether it's her shop or not, she showed my boyfriend and I that she was NOT business material. The shop is too small, my boyfriend is tall, and stock, had a hard time getting around amongst the stuff the was practically thrown on the floors.

We had the best day and experience at Carousel yesterday! I actually cried! My 4 year old girl is starting her horse riding journey and the owner helped get her fitted for everything she needed. She had a little audience too cheering her on too. They have a “starter” special too that included pants, boots, helmet and I think gloves? For $150.
