I love this place, but I had an unpleasant experience. My friend and I were looking at a white Prada bag, I was searching for a price tag and the woman from the front register walks over to us and stands next to us. I look at her and she just stares at us. I say “yes?” She says “I’m just looking” while looking right at me. I put the bag down and she says she doesn’t appreciate us touching things. How am I supposed to buy anything? It was a very stressful shopping experience. But she did give me a $5 discount...

I came to Birmingham to visit my son and he took me to this Antique Mall. After reading some of these reviews that were not very nice, I thought well I must be in the wrong place because I received great service from the time I walked in. I am an Antiques dealer from Virginia and was able to find plenty of things that were priced very fairly. Thank You Cindy for all of your help today. One of the most diverse and interesting antique malls in the area. Setup with the typical booths expected. The variety of antiques is downright amazing. Prepare to spend hours here purusing the multiple large rooms filled with all types of antiques. No resellers of Walmart bargain bin DVDs and cheap flea market tools here.
