I ordered 4 five gallon carboys. They are great quality and the packaging was also the best I've seen ( I have over 25 carboys) and I've never received a broken bottle. But this time one had a cracked bottom. It's cracked straight through the middle and also a round crack around the bottom. Unsafe to use. The packaging was also damaged from a fall to the top that cut through the carboard packing. So the break probably was from FedEx. I contacted their customer service and filled out the warranty claim form and sent in pictures of the damaged bottle, packaging and the shipping label. Since then, they ignore my follow up with them. Nothing. So just beware that their warranty on products is bogus. They will not uphold the promise. Just note that it's hard to see the cracks from a photo unless the light reflects towards the camera. But the cracks...

I ordered 9 cases of jars from this company. I received a delivered notification, but the items were not delivered. I understand things happen. However, when I reached out to their customer service they refuse to look into the matter further and said they are not responsible for deliveries that has left their warehouse.

I have tried to call their business, but their phone is disconnected.

My first few experiences with this company were amazing even with their technical issues on their website.

Buyer beware. They do not care about their customers and it is said that Mary, their customer service representative, lacks communication skills that would have resulted in me placing my own replacement order because I actually need these jars for my growing small business.

NEVER AGAIN.... I ordered three dozen small bottles for hot sauce. It was priority shipping but because it took two days after the order was placed for the bottles actually ship, it didn’t feel like much of a priority. I was sent the wrong style bottles, not what I ordered. I understand that this happens. I reached out to see what to do. The big problem for me - and the reason I give them one star - is because after several emails and phone calls NO ONE ever got back to me. It was extremely frustrating. No customer service at all.
