Yall need a new store manager..

I get up to the register to get my 4 for $12 gain promo that you guys have advertised in the app, in the ad AND have a freaking tag that says 4 for $12 on the product on YOUR SHELVES for goodness sake.. and when I get up there... it rings up as individual prices ($4.50 ea) and NOT the promo advertised.

The cashier was rude as all hell telling me "I don't know what to tell you, the computer didn't take it off" and so I want to speak with the manager.. The manager NEVER steps out of the office right up there by the registers, never shows her face or looks at me. but instead proceeds to yell from the office "WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT IF THE COMPUTER DOESNT TAKE IT OFF "

Being a manager myself thru various companies i damn sure know theres a way for a manager to override and FIX it to honor the promo you guys are advertising.

Absolute garbage.

Will not be coming back.

You ma'am... need some training for your role and for customer service. And how about you just learn to be a decent human...

I did a Doordash last night and it was my first time going into this Dollar General and probably the last time just like the other reviews say extremely long wait times the store is nice and clean and organized but that's to be expected because it's basically newer but I got the items that I needed right before they're about to close I get up to the cashier and there's three people ahead of me, of course the person at the very front had to order the whole store and then the second person forgot their wallet supposedly so they finally opened up one self-check for me and the third person and I still don't get in and out because they still take forever time is money with Doordash I will never be back at this one unless it's during the daytime or something and that's a good order......

How about you guys just never put out any sale tags since you don't know how to honor anything "on sale." Maybe clear house and get new employees too because the cashier this morning 3/29, white woman with brunette hair.. wants to give me attitude because I questioned my total because I was buying ONE ITEM and it came out full price when the damn sale tag said it was supposed to be $5 LESS with coupon WHICH I HAD from your ad! But the computer wasn't recognizing the coupon?! YOUR COUPON?! DOLLAR GENERALS COUPON IN THEIR AD IN THEIR APP?! Trying to tell me I had the wrong coupon and it was correct. Make it make sense. Also, manager wouldnt help fix it at all. Left without...
