We enjoyed this haunted attraction and the food truck had excellent barbecue food. We liked the real spirit box with the real haunted dolls and items the most and wanted to stay and talk to Freakshow longer. He was the best part of the attraction. The haunted dolls Morgan and Molly even spoke to us through the spirit box. Emily, the guys or demons upstairs, and Charlie Poe gave us quite a scare as well.

Amazing haunt! Old school creepy vibes with beautiful sets and great actors. The crew really puts their all into this haunt, and they really care about you having a great experience. They don't rush you through the haunt and you get a good bit of time inside the experience. So worth the drive and the price of admission. This is truly the best haunt in the area!

This haunted house was a blast!! The actors are so involved and really make the whole experience. $20 for a ticket was well worth the price, I would highly recommend this haunted house! They definitely put a lot of attention into detail from their story line to the decor! && they had a BBQ food truck!! Best haunted house around!!

10/10 would go again next year of I'm back in Michigan next year! With this haunt being only two years old they have a solid foundation with their actor and what they are looking to bring! Actors brought their A game last night and will go along with what you say so it almost feels natural for them to add in a proper real scare that doesn't feel like a repeat skit! Don't get me wrong but a lot of haunts have the same repeat skit you hear as you walk through but the verity of actors provided new lines and even played off what I said. Freak show kind of lackluster only scaring off 2 people so he claims....

Pro's Very new and fresh Not a over abundant of animatronic Actors make up the haunt and scares Easy to navigate and still be emersed in the haunt. only $20.00 for a grade A+ walk and scare. VIP ticket is only $10.00 more which I could see it being $45.00 on a busy night and still consider it worth it. probably the best final chain saw scare and chase at the end I've seen in a good minute.

Cons -Not for all ages due to how some actors talk ( prental guidance needed) but that's advertised so this is more neutral then a con. This means they are more targeted to adults and teens. -Smaller parking lot so if they get flooded I'm not sure if they have extra parking. -Line wait seems to be a issue from other reviews but I was in fairly fast and this haunt is only 2 years old and growing pains of getting actors and skits in the right pace and understanding of when longers skits can be done will all come from the growth of the haunt.

Neutral would like to see some refreshers or souvenir stand after going through the haunt. Or maybe a photo booth with the clown to end it all with a awesome reminder...

I see a couple of negative reviews here, and as someone who loves this Haunted House and goes every year, I encourage everyone to take them with a grain of salt.

This haunt attraction is growing in popularity, longer wait times are to be expected. I know for a fact last Saturday people were given a wait time of 1 or 2 hours. I know I was told that, and they offer a fast pass as well to skip that wait time.

I also know that the actors and management (including ticket booth) are all incredible people. The policy of "no refunds" is not a new concept to any haunted house. It's stated before, during, and after the transaction process, so there is no way anyone couldn't know about it.

So, please, I urge you to check out this incredibly creepy haunted house and not let a few people who can't read or listen properly...

Phenomenal haunted house Things I loved: Small groups. Each scene feels like it was just for us. Good Improv Acting. The interactions feel organic and are interactive. Quality sets and costumes. The costumes match the sets and are well done. The sets have a good combination of classic horror and innovative noir. Size and Pacing of the house. It was well paced. We never saw a haunt early from another group setting it off. We never saw another group behind or in front. My watch stopped working so I don’t know how long we were in there, but I felt satisfied and safe when we escaped.

Things I would change: No snack bar, I could have destroyed some popcorn or skittles and a pop while in line. It was cash only, I usually only carry Cashapp and a Credit Card. I would pay a service fee to be able to use Venmo or...
