My Vehicle Just Started Acting Up & Tonight we found out it's the battery- Well we thought for sure we would need to be towed! So before I found Mr. Angel (TRUE TO HIS NAME) I called 2 Different Tow Places in Chesapeake & I Was Blown away by the Price-(over a hundred dollar difference) & that was just for Road Side Assistance- So I Was Guided to this Wonderful Human! Mr. Angel was there Immediately-& Had us on our way Without being towed! Before he got there I was willing to pay for both-just in case & He Wouldn't Allow Me! He charged Us 1 SMALL fee compared to others -& The Tow would have been Over 143$ Cheaper than Any Other! He Was Super Honest & Kind! WONDERFUL -PROMPT - HONEST & DIDN'T TRY TO GET OVER ON US DURING A DESPERATE SITUATION! Mr. Angel Had No Idea that I am Currently dealing with a Sickness & I Was In Need to Get Home Terribly! I had a classic and rare car delivered here from Japan. This car is going to be my new project car and maybe even a family heirloom passed down in the future. So to say I was extremely picky and nervous when looking for someone to tow this car almost 4 hours from Chesapeake VA to central NC was an understatement.

Originally I had scheduled to have the car towed on a Monday however he didn't have a flat bed or anything available for that day (due to some mechanical issues the car couldn't be towed with wheels down). He offered to keep the car overnight which made me fairly nervous as I would be leaving my car behind. However, he took every step in keeping me updated and sent me photos of his fenced in and locked lot.

He ended up delivering the car to me several hours away with no problems. If I ever have anything that needs towing in that area again I will most certainly be using 7 cities. I will also recommend 7 cities to any other service members that may have a car delivered from overseas as well.

Awesome. My husband was in an accident with our vehicle in base the day before going underway and it was not safe for me to move it off base. I was also unable to contact the base security or pass and ID to figure out how to get base access to the towing company selected by my insurance company. 7 Cities has base access already because it is run with retired military personnel. Their customer service is fantastic and the person who towed my car for me was extremely kind and considerate. Their pricing is very fair as well. We had a minor miscommunication about the time of the appointment and they gave me a discount because of it, which was nice and wasn't necessary.
