This is not a restaurant. They make maple 🍁 syrup, sugar, spread, mustard and candy 😋. They are open to the public during NH Maple Weekend and have 🪧 demonstrations of the production of maple syrup. I enjoyed the short lecture about the process and history of maple syrup. There is a museum style display of tools used to tap the trees and make the syrup.
