O! So Chic — Local services in Chester

This is a wonderful small business. They offer a wide variety of products and gifts. Some of the items in shop are jewelry, clothing, soaps, lotions, baby items, signs, tart burners, various decor items for the home, some essential oils, Nightingale ice cream, flags, wood cutout items and lots of other “jewels”. They sell Dixie Belle paint and products. All their products of outstanding quality.

They also do custom embroidery, custom signs, custom vinyls and stencils and custom wood pieces. I have had some of their custom work done and the quality is outstanding.

O! So Chic offers chalk painting classes. I have taken right many of these classes. They are do much fun. The owner of shop is fantastic. She takes time to explain about all the paint and products. She is great at assisting you when you need help or suggestions. If you have not taken a class, please do. It is very relaxing.

The owner and her staff are so bubbly and friendly. Love them all.

They charged me for 5 items/ transfers trough their web they out of stock. Tomorrow day after purchase I received email without any contact info or name signed, informed me they don't have the items in stock. After 12 days of purchase very rude person returned my ph call I found on their web. She said they can't refund my money I was charged, because they didn't get any from my bank. She also said She doesn't have anything to do with thair web, after I asked how they can sell items if they don't have available in stock. People should be aware who give banking card...

The lady who’s listing your items on Facebook Marketplace and listing this business as the pick up location is completely RUDE! Sheila, you need some better customer service skills! Hope she’s not the owner! Oh and it wasn’t about you holding an item for me. It was about you being rude and not clearly communicating what your expectation for pick up was. No one is going to drive all the way from Fredericksburg to pick up a dresser if they don’t know for certain that it will be available when they arrive. Be kind…it will take...
