Walmart — Local services in Chester

I hate going to this store anymore! Rarely ever are there any cashiers to check you out anymore, and most people detest the self check outs! Why should we do your job for you when you're standing at the end of the isle watching anyway?!?! Hello,... put them on checking out instead! And if I'm gonna do your job for you, then I should be getting your discount! Right?!?! If Walmart is still considered a "discount" store, then I'd hate to see what they'd charge for full price! Nothing is where you can easily find it, and there's no map showing you where to find things in the store. It's just complete chaos there! Plus, I know firsthand that they treat their workers WRONG! This current "management" sucks. Good luck people, but I'm only going back for things I just can't get at another...

I shop at Chester Illinois Walmart very often I tried to return a defective flashlight tonight with receipt the woman working the service desk was very rude very condescending and basically treated me like I was a thief noone should be treated like that to return anything I paid my hard earned cash for I'm seriously considering never shopping there again I personally think she should have some time off work or trained to treat people...

Store is very small, compared to the ones I'm use to. But the workers act bored, so when a never seen before face walks in they treat that face as if they are criminals & fallow their every move. Now if the store was a high traffic & high theft rate I would understand. But I highly doubt it is. There's a prison just down the road.( So my opinion in the matter, ) you would get more business if you didn't treat customers like...
