Memories in a Frame — Local services in Chesterfield Township

I am so disheartened writing this. You only get engaged once, and unfortunately going through this photographer has ruined it. Almost two months post engagement and have nothing to show for it but proofs. We PAID this woman, and two months later we are still empty handed. Various emails, insta messages, as well as comments, and nothing. It’s all so extremely unprofessional. Still waiting on my photos or even an answer as we haven’t heard anything from her since April. I intend to get my photos or my money back, you best believe that. There are zero excuses for this situation.

Update: I have my pictures. I am happy with them. That’s about it. Again, everything in person was lovely, but business wise this is not it. No explanations, no accountability, nothing. May be good for one and done events but anything photo related seems to be a struggle. We were really hoping to use her as our wedding photographer but that is for sure out of the question at this point.

Last Edit: pictures weren’t even edited. The MetaData clearly says the pictures haven’t been touched since the day they were taken. Maybe 3 were actually edited. $375 for unedited photos two months...

To say this was the most amazing experience would be selling it short. I had no idea I was coming to have lunch with cows and from the moment I walked in with my family Kaylin was sooo kind and sweet. Her studio is decorated sooo sweetly I didn’t even notice our furry guests Bruno and Macaroni waiting for us to join them for lunch at first! Kaylin was sooo informative and kind we had such an amazing time hanging with her and the mini cows! Bruno and Macaroni were beyond cute and so well taken care of, you could see how much they loved Kaylin and were sooo at peace in the studio. Offered in the experience is a photo op with the stars of the lunch Bruno and Macaroni and Kaylin goes through all the photos to make sure you’re happy with them! Everything from start to finish was beyond special and everything I could’ve imagine as an animal lover and cow enthusiast! I cannot recommend Kaylin and her memories enough!!! Thank you...

Kaylin was so wonderful with my girls!! She helped them relax and was gentle with her posing suggestions. She offered several cute setups and moved swiftly from one to the next without feeling rushed. The proofs look awesome; can’t wait for the final edits!

EDIT: I am now editing my review as I have tried to make contact with Kaylin several times in the past 3 weeks via email and social media, yet she will not respond and has yet to deliver my final edits (although she continues to post and engage with others on social media). As I’ve explained to her in one of my emails, I’m not sure where the disconnect is but I’ve done MANY sessions with various photographers and have never had this issue before.
