Rented a suit from Jim’s formal wear for my wedding. The suit was great quality and looked awesome. I rated 3 star because the person/people doing the alterations do not know how to measure correctly. 3 days before the wedding I tried my suit on. My jacket was too small, my pants were huge (length was fine), the shirt was huge, and my vest was huge. I tried on my best man’s clothing (he and I had the exact same measurements), and his fit me perfectly, except the pants were too long although he and I are same height. My other groomsmen had to return his pants because they were not the right size either. Long story short, I got the altered suit 10 hours before my wedding. I have an account with Jim's, we actually have 6 accounts. We tried to get our store listed on their website as an authorized dealer, they denied our request because we have another dealer near us. Why give us an account if you don't want people to know we rent Jim's Formalwear? We will be using other companies at all 6...

I would never use this service again even if it was free. Horrible! For $260 I expect a suit that fits, has zero wrinkles, and customer service that doesn't brush me off as having a bad day when I bring up how poorly packaged and wrinkled the suits are. Just horrible. I’m shocked how this company...
