While the guys were very very nice and professional, I was not expecting such a small truck. I guess I should have looked up what a 16 cubic feet truck was like. I told them all that I had but in the end, I did also have a lot that didn't sell. What I was quoted over the phone was double once they got there and saw it would take 2 days to pack and haul it all away. So we just let them take all the furniture at the original quoted price. We were left to pack the rest and put it in the garage. Luckily my Estate lady who had just a large pick up truck, sent 2 of her guys to pack all the garage stuff and all that we moved to the garage, and hauled it, also my husband with his truck helping. I recommend before using this or any other company, google exactly how big the truck will be and if you have more, ask what happens. Read moreJunkLuggers was hired to clear out the unsold furniture, etc as my office is closing. I was told to expect a call between 15-30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way for the 8am-10am window. 7:36 Steve called and said they should be there in about 15-20 minutes. Dave, Luis and Steve walked in the door a few minutes before 8, took a tour of the project and immediately got to work.
It was definitely no small project as furniture had to be disassembled, over 575 books had to be removed from two libraries and once the office “junk” was loaded into their truck, they had to go to a second location to remove another complete room of furniture.
They walked in at 8 and were completely finished by 11… at two locations!
A five star review for JunkLuggers and Dave, Luis and Steve is not enough. Ten would be more appropriate. If I ever need their services again, i will definitely request these gentlemen to be the crew.

Read moreThe minimum price went up $20 from what was communicated over the phone. The person on the phone did say this isn't an official quote, we will quote while on site. BUT, when dude showed up he said "it's this amount. Which is our minimum". So it's one of two things.
This isn't a review of the employee's, they got the couch I was trying to get out of my home with gusto. But be aware any pricing discussed over the phone WILL GO UP once they arrive... To the owners: I hope your AC breaks down on a 90 degree day and you call the company I work for and I show up. Cause it definitely ain't gonna be the 79 bucks my office quoted...
