Ordered a clearly labeled product and they shipped the wrong thing. Waited 2 weeks and paid $25 to ship a box of 20 blanks. When I ordered a case(1000) training rds. Now I have to pay expedited shipping from another vendor to get these in time. I do not recommend purchasing from Molly's Place Sporting Goods. First picture is the same product from the previous supplier I used and will continue to use. Second picture is from my order. I did not order a box of 20 blanks. And now I have to pay $75 expedited shipping to get what I ordered in time. Called on Thursday when I received the order and was told I would get a call back. Well today is Saturday and I had to call in. They said it was labeled improperly(it is not) and the only recourse is to send me a shipping label and wait for them to receive the incorrect Item back in order to process a refund. Just poor inventory management and customer service. I was hopeful to have found a new vendor to work with. I have not. Will take my purchases to another vendor. Very disappointing and I would suggest you use caution when doing business with them. Maybe consider one of the many, many other vendors available online.

Story Time that’s worth the read:

On Saturday August 24, 2024 I attended the Frederick Gun Show. This was my 1st time ever going to an event like this. As I walked around to each table checking out the different items, all the different Stores & meeting all of the Store Owners.. I noticed that there are a lot of A-Holes in this industry!. After about 2 hours of looking around and honestly over whelmed with all of the arrogant and cocky Customer Service from most sections, my family and I were ready to get out of there.. UNTIL, I came across the Molly’s Place table.. Not only did they catch my attention with being the ONLY section in the entire Gun Show to have the Pistol that I was searching for (CZ P10C), but I was greeted by a young man by the name of Sam whom provided extremely comforting Customer Service to me.. Sam answered all of my questions when I asked them, he let me handle any FireArm that I pleased, he also went over that their location accepts all parchment methods. They even Finance at Molly’s Place if needed. I was extremely impressed with Sam’s knowledge, his approach to customers, his attention to detail and I can tell that he has a great passion and drive for what he does!.. At Molly’s Place they had a 1 of 1 Custom Pistol that caught my attention. Sam and I had a conversation, struck a deal where both of us won, we exchanged information and we planned a near future appointment to finalize everything. Here’s where the story gets interesting… I wasn’t aware that Molly’s Place was almost 2 hours EACH way from where I live!.. But here’s the thing, with me also being in Sales I know how hard it is to find Amazing Customer Service, Amazing Inventory and most important it’s hard to find a business who cares about their customers and the relationships that they build with eachother. Sam more than deserved that Sale, so I didn’t mind taking that drive.. I entered Molly’s Place and it’s such a beautiful and fun environment there! I was greeted with smiles. I met up with Sam and we finalized the purchase. Sam introduced me to the Store Manager in which I told him that Sam is the only reason why I drove from Baltimore to Molly’s and made that purchase. I shared that Sam is an Awesome addition to the Molly’s Place Family and that they are lucky to have him!.. Before hitting the road to head back home the store wanted to once again thank me for my business and the trip that I made, and they let me pick out a Hoodie & Hat to take home with me (on the house).. It’s fair enough to say that I will be back to make more purchases and Sam will be my direct contact. And once again, it’s worth the drive for great products and Customer Service. Molly’s Place is a 10 out of 10, Sam The Man is a 10 out of 10 .. Highly...

My first transaction with Molly's was on Gunbroker. I purchased some .22 ammo and some 9mm ammo on two of their penny auctions. I got an phone call and email from Brittney M about the 9mm ammo asking me to call. I called Brittney and felt that I was her most important customer of the day in the way she treated me. After working through the reason for the call I asked about purchasing some other ammo from her. She got me a quote and when I told her I was driving and could not read to her my credit card she promised to call me at a time convenient to me the next day. She did jus as promised at 740 AM. The transaction went smooth over the phone and I had a confirmation email an hour later after coming out of a meeting. The ammo shipped right away and I had it the next day. When I opened the order from the Gunbroker purchase it was not correct. They had shipped more ammo than I purchased (not a problem on my end other than paying for it). When I spoke to her about this she was super nice thanking me for being honest. I purchased the extra ammo and will enjoy having some good times on the range. Brittney has been awesome to deal with and I will be specifically asking to work with her in the future. She is a valuable asset to this small business. I told her she is wonderful to work...

I bought a crossbow off season early part of 2024. They recommended a Barnett Hyper raptor. It been nothing but a nightmare. Still not able to hunt one time with this 700 dollar boat anchor. I went to site it in this season, the sled snapped in half. No help from Mollys. Had to call Barnett to get the replacement part then drive it down there. 45 minute drive every time. Archery guy had it done quickly. But there was a reason for that. Didn’t reattach my strap and didn’t put the set screw back in the stock section. I was able to site it in and I go to hunt this morning and cannot cock the crossbow. No matter which way I crank it does not release a lot of the string. This is the worst purchase I have made in a long time. I buy a lot of clothes and gear from this place. All I wanted was a crossbow that works. My hunting season has been totally ruined and all I wanted is for Mollys to make it right. They responded immediately. Jack was very apologetic and accommodating. I was able to get an equal exchange for a crossbow more suitable. I ended up spending 300 in other merchandise because of good deals and I wanted to support what ended up as great customer service.
