I have been going to Heckman since I've been a little kid and I've always had a wonderful experience The people that work there and the family are just wonderful and caring and so accommodating. One day I was on my way home from work and I saw the was open so I stopped and I'm looking through stuff and lollygagging around and then I happen to see the sign that said that they close at 6:00 and it was 6:30 at this time I said oh my goodness I didn't realize you guys closed at 6:00 they never said a word to me they said it's fine take your time pick out what you want don't worry we're we're here! I was so impressed by that because when you're outside all day and the heat you just want to go home it's time to go. We came in here cradling a tiny baby poodle and were promptly told in a very rough manner "I CAN'T HAVE THE DOG IN HERE!".
