I wish I could leave a nice review like everyone on here having received services from JSH, but they never even bothered to see me on any of my appointments and cancelled my visits 3 times at last momentâs notice (last one literally 2 hours prior to me coming in) due to various reasons, from the stylist being sick or stylist having a personal appointment to the stylist thinking that my hair was too thick and needing extra time to finish the job, while I guess wanting to go home early. this last time though really got on my nerve, which is why I am writing this review. I received an email on Friday stating they have openings at the salon on Saturday. Perfect, I thought as I usually work full time and have zero time during the week. I selected the service I needed, booked it through their booking tool that accounts for time needed to get the service done, Paid the deposit I was asked to pay ahead of the appointment, rearranged my Saturday to ensure I would make it to the salon on time and⌠fast forward to Saturday morning- 2 hrs before my scheduled procedure - got a text from the salon saying they need to reschedule (AGAIN?), as from the photos my hair looked thicker than average I suppose and the stylist would have to stay a bit longer to finish the job. So the question begs - how is their booking tool set up as far as allocating time per procedure? And why does the owner not account for some extra time (which mind you would cost me more, but I was fine with it) if clientâs hair would require some extra care? I guess the answer is very simple - they wanted to start the weekend early & I was last on their priority list. Mind you - JSH has very strict cancellation policy in place, asking customers to give a 72 hr notice if unable to make it, else loose the 25% deposit and/or pay up to 50% of the service fee. However, they feel itâs ok to cancel on you if they feel like it, although I was loosing money too as I have already arranged for child sitting services and wasnât going to cancel on the nanny at last momentâs notice. Will JSH be refunding me that amount since the cancellation is coming from their end and is less than 72 hrs? I expressed my dismay with the situation to whomever was texting me, asked to be refunded the money I paid as a deposit and was texted by the owner, saying she will investigate it and get back to me ⌠& cricketsâŚ. Itâs Monday now, and I still havenât heard from anyone to and the service deposit money has not been refunded to my account. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Complete disregard and unprofessionalism towards clients. For that reason alone I would make sure to never step foot into a business like that and be cautious booking...

Jessica fixed my badly colored hair and gave me the most beautiful color time and time again. Her balayage is mesmerizing. Lisa is so extremely talented as well, plus the little scalp massage she gives you is amazing. Iâve gone from a little balayage to foilayage, from dark brown(my natural) to a light blonde.
