I don't often comment on our catering but I had so many people making comments feel obligated to say what occurred. We ordered pulled pork, brisket, beans, potato salad, mac n cheese, salad, soda & cookies. Presentation was perfect except not having proper serving utilsils. Using a disposable spoon not acceptable. The brisket was 50% fat to meat ratio. Tasted good but that much fat was gross. Pulled pork was fine. The mac n cheese was clumpy hard. Rest was great. Husband and wife so nice. Kept hanging out wanting to clean up. Explained we had people coming later and since we paid wanted everything left. We still had brand new salad & 2 olive garden dressings. One opened other still sealed. She took the sealed one so we ran out of dressing. We ended up throwing everything away after people ate what they wanted. It's a shame that little things were overlooked & I'm sure the brisket was just a bad brisket. I'm assuming not the normal. I do alot of catering & can't recommend a company that would feel the need to take back a salad dressing & not want to leave all the can of sodas. Also surprised cookies were from Sam's Club.
