Love the new chairs. Very comfy. It was nice to put my feet up with the whole family. I just wish they would brighten the lights a bit before the movie so people can find the right seats and get situated. Arrived 30 minutes early and had to use a flashlight. Also had to drape my young one across my lap to change her diaper as the restrooms don't have changing tables. Makes it a slightly less family friendly experience. Update: they have changing tables now! Still gotta use a light to find your seat...

This place was horrible I have a big family brought 7 kids in there with me and they tell me that they are sold out only aloud to sell 50 percent of tickets I also drove 40 mins away to get to the movies!!!! The manager refused any type of compromise offer us anything instead says she is all sold out for every show!!!! I think one of the worst things a customer can experience is when they need information about the business that an automated system can’t provide, but can’t get ahold of a person working there. It makes one feel like the business doesn’t care enough about its customers to give them an opportunity to speak with them directly. It’s infuriating.
