I ordered T680 next GEN. My dealership is not giving me a good answer. I supposed to get it by August 2021 first week. But now it is getting delayed as they said there’s a shortage of chips that is micro chips. But the weird part is they are giving the trucks to those people who they booked trucks from the same dealership after a month and so, from the date when I booked. And I’m trying to check manufactures number so I can file a complaint. But didn’t find anything since a month.Even on the Internet doesn’t show where I can file a complaint that what is all happening. As a local dealer said that my truck is already built. And after a week they said no it’s still building up. So I left the job because he said earlier that it’s already been done may be delivered within a week and so. Shame of manufacturing. If you are a shipper/driver this place has no facilities for you. Better find some solution on your own or beg employees to use some of their restrooms. You come here to unload their expedited material and they will tell you to wait on their Trailer Drop Area. And be prepared to wait for 5+ hrs to unload even though god knows how much we work not to be late for these jerks. Also I seen elements of corruption or conflict of interest on this place. The contracted company that provides switchers services to move trailers into docks does shipping here too. Their trailers are all over the place. How in earth another shipper will be able to unload on time here when this company has the upper hand on everything.
